1794 Emeline's birth & death... "Dover Chapel cemetery, Burlington County, NJ... Emeline Hall Platt, b.1794 (headstone says Emeline, wife of Jesse Platt."

1815 Hand written Burlington County, NJ marriage record, top of page 192.. "Isaac Evenham & Evaline Couard were married August 24, 1815, recorded Novm 8, 1815 " I've seen this written ledger, the bride's name is clearly Evaline Couard... is this the same couple?.. was she previously married?, why is her last name different? I have not seen other references to the name COUARD, however I have seen the name COWARD in New Jersey.
