1885 STATE CENSUS, Southampton, Burlington, NJ (family #501).. "Benj Everham (20-60),.. Sarah (20-60),.. William (5-20),.. Benj F. (5-20)."
I have made the connection of this William H. Everham to Mary Cotton on circumstantial evidence. There were at least 3 William H. Everham's in the area about the same age and the William who married Mary Cotton shows up with a birth date of September 1868... this William was born November 1868, but I believe that the month was likely mixed up at some point because all other data matches up well. In 1880, Mary Cotton lived at Southampton, Burlington, New Jersey, the same township as William's family.
1889 N. Burlington, Burlington, NJ Birth Record (Vol.28, pg.68).. "Clifford Henry Everham, born, 3 Feb 1889 at North Burlington, Burlington County, NJ, male, s/o William H. Everham, 22, & Mary Cotton, 19."

1905 State CENSUS Burlington, NJ (Page 12, family #251).. "William H. Everham 37, occ; Fisemano R.R.,.. Matilda M. 34,.. Clifford H. 16,.. Roland E. 13."
1910 U.S. CENSUS Camden Ward 3, Camden County, NJ (Sheet 2B, house #42).. "William H. Everham 42, b.NJ, occ; Engineer, locomotive,.. Mary M. 39, b.NJ,.. Clifford H. 21, b.NJ,.. Roland E. 18, b.NJ."
1915 State CENSUS Camden, Ward 3, Camden, NJ (Sheet 6A, house #128).. "William H. Everham, occ: engineer,.. Matilda,.. Roland E.,.. Bertha,.. Roland E. Jr."
1919 William Everham died 1919 Harleigh Cemetery, Camden, Camden County, NJ, has the following possible related headstones; "William H. Everham (1867-1919),.. Mary M. Everham (1870- ), .. Clifford H. Everham (1889-1969),.. Ethel M. Everham (1890-1976),.. Mary L. Cotton ( d.29 Jan 2017),.. Earl F. Hoxworth (1893-1955),.. Elwood Hoxworth (d.1933),.. Elwood W. Hoxworth (b.1884),.. Emma E. Hoxworth (1866-1925)."
1920 U.S. CENSUS Camden, Ward 4, Camden Co., NJ (Sheet 8A, house #150).. "Roland Everham 27,.. Bertha 27,.. Roland Jr. 5,.. Mildred 4,.. Esther 3,.. Matilda Everham, 49, mother, widowed."
1940 U.S. CENSUS Camden, ward 9, Camden City, Camden, NJ (Sheet 1A, family #7).. "Clifford Everham 51,.. Ethel Everham 50,.. Mary M. Everham 70, mother, widowed,.. Earl Hoxworth 47, brother-in-law." since Cliff didn't have a sister, then Earl was his wife's brother, thus Ethel's maiden name was likely "Hoxworth" (see cemetery records from 1919 above).
This is obviously not the William H. Everham from Cumberland, NJ, also born 1868, but that William married a Carrie Mitchell and died in 1911. From the census data above, the William of this page was still alive in 1915.
