presumably this article is about Ada;
1906 Bridgeton Pioneer News, Oct 25, 1906.. "Mrs. David Everingham, the wife of a young man of North Bridgeton, Saturday night made a desperate attempt to take her life. In the early evening she sent a little girl to Channel's grocery and procured a bottle of laudanum. The bottle Mrs. Everingham took with her to her room and locked the door. She was later missed and it was found that she had locked herself in her room. Constable Robert Bath was called, and burst in the door. Mrs. Everingham was discovered unconscious and the empty bottle by her side indicated she had taken the entire contents. Unremitting efforts prevailed, and after a time Mrs. Everingham was out of danger. When she recovered her faculties she expressed no regret that had attempted suicide, and said she was sorry that she had not succeeded." Ada later remarried and lived until 1971.

1956 Obituary - David Henry Everingham, 74, died Monday at his home in North Market street. Mr. Everingham was born October 5, 1881 in Milford, Deleware. He was the son of James and Mary Barbara Everingham. info seems slightly off... he did have an uncle James but he was the son of William Everingham and his step-mother was Mary Barber. He lived in Sea Isle City, NJ until he located in Philadelphia where he was employed by the Philadelphia Mercantile Association. In 1924 he was married to Florence Dennison and since that time he had resided in Selinsgrove. He is survived by his widow, two sons, David of Mt. Royal, NJ and James of Selinsgrove.
