William Clark 16, b.Oswego,.. Charles Clark 12, b.Oswego,.. Mary Clark 6, b.Oswego,.. Alphius Sabins 70, father, b.Vert, occ; Cloth,.. Betsey Sabins 67, mother."
1856 Rural Cemetery, Oswego, Oswego County, New York... "Betsey Sabin (1788-1856),.. Alpheus Sabin (1785-1858).. There are 26+ Sabins buried here... including; John B. Sabin (d.1853),.. James A. Sabin (d.8 Jan 1853),.. Adaline Sabin Clark (d.20 Nov 1874),.. Nathan W. Sabin (b.1818, d.1909),.. Vincent Sabin (1821-1893),.. Amy Sabin Perry (b.1826, d.1906)."
William Sabin and his descendants, 1609-2000, vol 1, SI Bradshaw (1134pgs).. "Page 133 says; Alpheus Sabin was a cloth dresser and so was my father Thomas S Sabin. My father was a dryer and fuller of cloth; he could color all kinds of cloth. Alpheus Sabin's wife was called Betsey but my father told me her name was Hannah."

NOTES: other Sabin family researchers & Genealogical Index files IGI, show John Sabin's father was Noah Sabin Jr. "or SABEN" and mother; Mary Perrin, but I have found no records proving that. (if you have proof of this please let me know!) Since Noah is a Jr., that potentially takes the Sabin's back another generation to Noah senior. Other researchers records or family tree info also suggest that John Sabin was born May 20, 1743 in Rehoboth, Bristol, Massachusetts. I have not found Church records or other birth records to prove it. They also show that John Sabin married in 1767 & had siblings; Margaret, Martha, James, Alpheus, Zerviah, William, Joseph, David, & Hannah. LDS IGI Microfilm #1553611 shows John Sabin married Zerviah Fuller 31 December, 1767 at Attleboro, Bristol, MASS.
