Obituary
Chris Elmer Everingham passed away on November 26, 2023, in White Cloud, Michigan. Known for his kindness, creativity, and handy nature, Chris left an indelible mark on those fortunate to have known him.
Chris was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Jane Smith. He is survived by his brother, Ray (Bonnie) Everingham of Carson City, and his nieces and nephew. His nieces include Lisa (Kayle) O'Meara of Crystal, Theresa (Walt) Wiles of Ionia, Tammy Everingham (Tony Williams) of Stanton. His nephew is Troy (Devin) Everingham of Stanton. Chris also leaves behind several other beloved nieces and nephews.
In his professional career, Chris was a dedicated over-the-road truck driver. His work took him across the country, allowing him to indulge in his love for travel. The open road was his second home, where he found both tranquility and adventure. His commitment to his work was unwavering, contributing to the success of his career, and he was well-respected by his peers.
Outside of his work, Chris was a man of many interests. His love for sports, particularly football and baseball, was evident to all who knew him. His competitive spirit was also displayed on the racetrack, where he raced cars at Crystal Motor Speedway.
Chris Everingham lived a fulfilling life full of adventure, creativity, and love. His memories will live on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him. At the family's request, no services are being held at this time.
