1899 Lydia Buckalew Everingham's father Josiah (b.7 April 1820 NJ) died 24th May 1899 at Hickory County, Missouri and is buried in the Shawnee cemetery, Warsaw, Benton, MO. Mother Abigail Jones Buckalew (b.10 May 1819 NJ) is also buried there. Abigail died 15th April 1900. She was the daughter of Joel Jones & Theodosia Lanning.

"Mrs. Lydia Ann Buckelew Everingham, who has never seen a motion picture show but who regularly listens to radio, celebrated her 100th bithday in her home here today with neighbors and her grand and great grandchildren. Still active, Mrs. Everingham attended services this morning at the First Methodist Episcopal Church of Hightstown, NJ. She lives with a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Lizzie E. Everingham. Mrs. Everingham who was born in Trenton, N.J. is the widow of a Civil War veteran, Charles Everingham, who died forty-one years ago."
