1891 CENSUS Orford, Elgin West, Ontario.. "George Everingham was 76"
1895 May 18th - Wife, Elizabeth Jane, dies in Mosa twsp, Middlesex Co. Ontario (OVS Death cert#10612/95-Mosa)
1896 Bothwell Times Jan 30 - "funeral for the late Mr. Everingham took place on Sunday (Jan 26) to the Purcell Cemetery in Orford."
2Name Elizabeth Jane ANKER or ANGER had come up in IGI files but no proof of her maiden name was found, until... research of Kevin Everingham in 2008 showed several refernces to the name "ANGER" or "ANKER".. see notes on the death record of Adoram D. Everingham and the death certificate of Charles B. Everingham on their pages... The death record of Wm. Henry in 1945 also gives his mother's name as "Eliza Jane Anker".
"ANGER" family records show Eliza Jane Everingam as "Elizabeth Jane ANGER b.1825 at Dunnville, Moulton Townshp, Haldimand County, Ontario and even note that she was referred to AKA "ANKER". It also shows that she married George Henry Everingham.
