HUNT Former Cresco Lady Dies In California. Word was received Friday of the passing Wednesday night of October 3, 1928, of Mrs. Helen Everingham at the home of her daughter Mrs. Edith McCook, Long Beach, California. The body accompanied by Mrs. McCook arrived in Cresco Tuesday night and was taken to the home of Philip A. Kratz. The funeral service will be held this PM at the Baptist church conducted by Rev. C. S. Carroll and burial will be in New Oregon cemetery. A sketch of Mrs. Everinghams's life will be published in next weeks Times. Besides Mrs. McCook the relatives from a distance attending are deceased's daughter Mrs. Emma Walter and son Burton and wife of Anoka, Minnesota and a cousin Mrs. U. J. Arnold of Saude.
