6 Mar 1826 between Theophilus Parvin, and his wife Mary, (of Buenos Ayres) by their attorney Daniel L. Burt of Fairfield Twp., Cumberland Co, and James Everingham of Fairfield Twp., Cumberland Co. For 90 dollars.

House and lot situate in the village of Fairton beginning at the corner of John Ogden's lot containing one acre.
