11 April 1835 between Ebenezer W. Whitecar, Fairfield Twp., Cumberland Co., and his wife Rachel, and James Everingham. Situate in Fairfield Twp., beginning at a stone for a corner standing in the middle of the road leading from Back Neck to Cedarville being also a corner of Ebenezer P. Whitekar lands corner of the said Everingham's land containing an acre. For eight dollars. Signed by Ebenezer Whitaker and Rachel Whitaker in the presence of Daniel L. Burt. Recorded 11 Jun 1835?
