8 Mar 1837 between James Everingham, Fairfield Twp., Cumberland Co., and Hannah, his wife on the first part and Jeremiah W. Everingham of the same place. For (blank) dollars. Beginning at a stone set in the center of the road leading from New England town to Back Neck near the School House containing 49/100th acre.. part of lot that which James purchased from Michael Swing by deed dated 12 March 1822 and Ebenezer Whitekar by deed dated 11 April A.D. 1835. Signed James Everingham and Hannah Everingham in the presence of E. E. Bateman. Recorded 11 May 1837 by Moses Bateman.
