21 Feb 1822 between Henry Brooks, Fairfield Twp., Cumberland Co., and his wife Amy, and James Everingham. Beginning at a stone for a corner standing in a line of land that the said James Everingham bought of Michael Swing containing 1 and 5/100ths acre. For one hundred dollars. Signed by Henry Brooks and Amy Brooks (her X mark) in the presence of Matthias Birch and Ann S. Brooks. Recorded 15 Jul 1822
