12 Mar 1822 between David Whitecar, Fairfield Twp., Cumberland Co., and his wife Hannah, and James Everingham. For three hundred dollars. Beginning at a stone for a corner in the road leading from Cedarville to Millville to a small white oak on the south side of the road leading to Conners Mill containing 25 acres Signed by David Whitekar and Hannah Whitekar in the presence of Thomas Bateman and Matthias Birch.
