Beginning at a stone and a corner of Henry Brooks other land .. and a stone on the south side of the road leading from Fairfield to Greenwich .. containing 7 and 1/100th acre. For one hundred dollars. Signed by Michael Swing and Susannah Swing in the presence of Matthias Birch. Recorded 15 Jul 1822
