14 Mar 1814 between James Everingham, Fairfield Twp., Cumberland Co., and Hannah, his wife on the first part and Samuel Wescott of the same place. For 200 dollars.

Bounded as follows: from a stake for a corner standing in the middle of the road leading from Fairfield crossroads to the meeting house containing one acre of ground. Signed James Everingham and Hannah Everingham in the presence of Samuel B. Wescott and Thomas Bateman. Recorded 19 Oct 1814.
