First. It is my will and I do order that all just debts and funderal expenses be paid and satisfied after my decease. Secondly, I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Alchy Everinham all the property I received by her in marriage and the remainder of all my property both real and personal as long as she remains a widow. - but in case of her death or marriage again, Said residue of my property is to be equally divided among my living brother and sisters-provided Thirdly - that if my wife sould have an heir, after my decease in a lawful time and said heir should live, he or she to take heirship in preference to either brothers or sisters. Fourthly, and lastly I hereby appoint my loving wife Alchy Everinham and my Father-in-law Gilbert Hendrickson Executors of this my last will and testament.
