These families all lived in the same areas of Philadelphia, AND spelled their last name "EVERHAM". Coincidence?.. not likely, it's most likely that these families are connected and related in some way. This was an EVERHAM family from New Jersey, all moving to the same place in Pennsylvania. It's also interesting to see how many of these Everham men were "Wheelwright's" by profession... as I find more information about them, I will link to each family from this page.
Spring Garden, Philadelpha, PA Wm. Everham (see #1357 below)
I think it's obvious that these EVERHAM's spelling their name the same way, living in the same community are relatives somehow.
1843
New York Passenger lists show a Samuel Everham age 27 born about 1816, a Wheelright, arriving at port in New York, NY in 1843 aboard the brig "Openaugi". His intended destination was "Philadelphia". (although age is a bit off, see #675 below) The death info given below show he died in 1891 & lists his birth about 1816 and show he was a "Wheelright" born in Mt. Holly, NJ... quite a good fit.
