Canadian Census data 1851 & 1861 was speculation only, absolute proof of this connecting to John's family wasn't known. HOWEVER, see 1893 Newspaper notes below linking them.

1871 Shiawassee County Birth Record .. "Ema Rigglesworth, b.17 Aug 1871 at Venice, Shiawassee, MI,...d/o John & Nora Rigglesworth." is this another child of John... or was Nora born in 1871? This log has the name Ema Rigglesworth, with Ema underlined.

1890 The Times Newspaper, Owosso, MI, Sept 26, 1890... "Mr. and Mrs. John Wregglesworth spent Sunday in Bennington at the residence of their daughter, Mrs. Nora Jones." see 1888 Marriage record above.
1893 The Times Newspaper, Owosso, MI, July 21, 1893... "(North Venice social news) Bird Quick and wife of Hemlock City, have been visiting their uncle, John Wregglesworth the past week." Mr. Quick is a clue for Wregglesworth connections... he was born 1868 in Canada and died 1895 in Hemlock, Saginaw County, MI. I found that James Bird Quick, son of Cornelius & Augusta Quick, married Mary Markle on April 8, 1889 in Leamington, Essex, Ontario, Mary was the daughter of William H. Markle & Elizabeth Wrigglesworth. (probable sister of John) I found Elizabeth Markle's death certificate, born 10 Oct 1854 Canada, d/o Richard Wrigglesworth, widowed, died 13 Aug 1937 at Fremont, Saginaw County, Michigan, age 82. Which is fairly strong circumstantial evidence that 1851, 1861 Census data and parent info above is correct.
1900 US CENSUS Corunna, Caledonia Twp, Shiawassee, MI (Page 6A, house #139)... "John Wrigglesworth 57, b.May 1843 CAN,.. Emma J. 50, b.Oct 1850 MI, mother of 7 children, 6 living,.. Ralph 21, b.Jan 1879 MI,.. Lena 17, b.April 1883 MI."
1907 Shiawassee County, MI Grave Index; .. "John Wreggelsworth, b.27 May 1845... died 17 June 1907 at Shiawassee County, MI.. burial Wilkinson Cemetery."
