OBITUARY Lonnie D. Ewalt 10/29/1958 - 6/10/2010
Lonnie D. Ewalt, age 51, of Edmore, Michigan passed away on Thursday, June 10th at the Veterans Administration Hospital, Saginaw, Michigan. He was born on October 29, 1958 in Owosso, Michigan, the son of Glenn & Patricia Ann (Morse) Ewalt.
On October 10, 1981, Lonnie was married to the former Pamela Sue Springsteen at a ceremony in Crystal, Michigan.
Surviving Lonnie is his wife, Pamela, his mother, Patricia Ann Durga of Carson City, one son, Josh & Jennifer Ewalt of Carson City, a daughter, Alycia & Rick Edwards of Sheridan, four grandchildren, Paige, Peyton, Karlie and Keith plus four brothers, Glenn Ewalt of Alabama, Charles Ewalt of Carson City, Rod & Pam Ewalt of Sheridan and Lance & Renee Ewalt of Hubbardston in addition to several nieces and nephews.
Lonnie was preceded in death by his father, Glenn, a brother, Oliver, his grandparents, two nephews and one niece.
Lonnie has been a resident of the Edmore area since 2004 and was formerly of the Gaylord and Carson City areas. He attended the Mudd Lake Community Church.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 14, 2010, beginning at 11:00 AM at the Simpson Family Funeral Home, Sheridan, with Pastor William Raymor officiating. Interment will be at the Evergreen Cemetery, Sheridan, Michigan.
For those desiring to do so, the family has suggested memorial considerations can be made to the Mudd Lake Community Church. There will be envelopes available at the funeral home.
Visitation will also be at the funeral home on Monday, one hour prior to the funeral service.
OBITUARY Pamela S. Anderson, age 61, of Fenwick, passed away on Monday, January 31, 2022 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing.
Always on the go, Pam was the first person to volunteer for a project or to help out. She absolutely loved performing at and attending gospel jams, going to church, and being around her grandkids. Pam will be dearly missed by everyone.
Surviving Pam is her mom, Neva Springsteen of Fenwick; children, Josh (Jennifer) Ewalt of Carson City and Alycia (Rick) Edwards of Sheridan; grandchildren, Paige, Peyton, Karlie, and Keith; brother, Jake (Deb) Springsteen of Sheridan; sister, Betsy (David) Lennemann of Ionia; and several nieces and nephews.
Pam was preceded in death by her dad, Jerry Springsteen; her first husband, Lonnie Ewalt; and her second husband, Terry Anderson.
Pam's life is being celebrated on Monday, February 7th at the Simpson Family Funeral Home in Sheridan (246 S. Main St.). Visitation will be from 11 AM to 1 PM, with her funeral service beginning at 1 PM with Pastor Larry Austin officiating. Final interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery.
