    The will of Sir John Everingham is dated 20 March 1500 and was proved on 21 December 1502. He wished to be buried in Holy Trinity, Birkin. Among the beneficiaries are his wife, John his son and heir, Christiana his daughter, Thomas his son and William his brother. - Anne listed above may be "Christiana" listed in the will/or names above are wrong/or the 2 other girls were deceased or not listed in the will.

    On 21 November 1502, the inquisition post mortem of Sir John Everingham found that he died on 23 June 1502. His son and heir John, was aged over the age of 36. There is a reference to Katherine wife of Sir John .
