1930 Fayetteville Bulletin, Thurs, July 10, 1930 -- "Manlius Couple Announce Engagement of their Daughter. Mr. and Mrs. Millard Everingham announce the engagement of their daughter, Ethel Winifred to Ralph J. Wainwright, son of Mr. and Mrs. F.J. Wainwright. The wedding will take place August 9th in the Manlius Methodist Episcopal Church."

Wainwright will take place August 9, was guest of honor at a 1 o'clock luncheon at the primrose tea room in Fayetteville on Tuesday, arranged by Mrs. Marguerite Holmes. The guests included Mrs. Holmes, Miss Ethel Everingham, Mrs. Millard Everingham, Mrs. Leon Tubbs, Mrs. J.L. Bond, Mrs. F. Hefti, Mrs. S. Parker, Mrs. W.L. French, Miss Marshia Auchampau, Miss Cynthia Nims, Miss Mary Evelyn Hefti of Manlius and Mrs. Henry Borszweski of Mycenae.
1930 Fayetteville Bulletin, Thursday, Aug 14, 1930 "POPULAR YOUNG COUPLE WED IN M.E. CHURCH - The Bride's Brother Designs Gowns Worn at Wedding. - MANLIUS - Miss Ethel Winifred Everingham, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Millard Everingham, North Street, this village, became the bride of Ralph J. Wainwright, E. Seneca Street, also of Manlius on Saturday evening Aug. 9, 8 o'clock, in the Methodist Episcopal Church. Maid of homonr, Miss Louise Wainwright, sister of the groom. The four bridesmaids, Miss Blanche McManus of New Woodstock, cousin of the bride, Mrs. George Olmstead of Chittenango, Miss Cynthia Nims and Miss Jane Stilwell of Manlius, wore frocks fashioned alike of green or grandie with large horse hair hats to match, adorned with green satin bows, eggshell mitts and silver slippers. Little Miss Eileen Wels of Ithaca was ring bearer. Charles Weston of Manlius was best man. The ushers were LeRoy French, Curtis Hale, Paul Tuttle and Gordon Hale. Donald Everingham, brother of the bride, who is an art student at Syracuse University, designed the gowns for the bride and her attendants and also had charge of the decorations."

1984 Herald Journal, Tue. July 10, 1984 "Ethel W. Wainwright, 76, formerly of Manlius, died Monday at Van Duyn Hospital. Mrs. Wainwright retired as a librarian after 35 years with the Manlius Library. She was a member of Christ Church, Manlius. Her husband, Ralph, died in 1965. Mrs. Wainwright was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Manlius. Surviving are a daughter Francis Bradl of Manlius; and three grandchildren. Services will be private. Burial will be in Manlius Village Cemetery. There will be no calling hours. Contributions may be made to the Manlius Fire Department Ambulance Fund. Eaton-Tubbs Funeral Home. Fayetteville. has charge of arrangements."
